sonic weapons redux

a la my earlier post about pirates being fended off with sonic weapons, another sound based weapon has been produced... except it's targeted at "teenage loiterers"... apparently the mosquito emits a high-frequency pulsing sound that can be heard by most people younger than 20 and almost no one older than 30... kinda creepy.
