According to Dr. Lefkovits, An important consideration for buttock fat grafting is the availability of extra fat in different parts of the body. While fat is usually in abundance, there are patients in whom there is no extra fat available. In these patients buttock augmentation with fat is obviously not feasible. Ahhh, plastic surgery for men...of course if you want to get fixed up on the other side down there they'll call in the "expert," Dr. E. Douglas Whitehead....who has a extensive gallery of cut up and swelled privates... yuck.... the look so sad and unhappy...
