The crazy things they do at the AMNH...


One feature in the American Museum of Natural History's Public Lecture series is called "Adventures in the Global Kitchen." One pays thirty bucks to listen to a panel that includes a entomologist, a pastry chef, and a "explorer" wax poetic about "exotic" foods. And then you sample. Scorpions with Sugar Snap Peas anyone?
